There had been a lot of snow a few days earlier, and there can't have been much wind when it fell or it wouldn't have settled like this:
As a result, climbing hills was a bit slow-going, and we were battling our way through snow drifts to get up Sgurr na Lapaich. In fact we never actually reached the summit; when we got to the top of Sgurr nan Clachan Glead at 1095m we decided it was time to turn back. But by that time we'd already seen these excellent views.
